Shipping and Returns

Cudakilla strives to get your items to you as soon as possible and will do anything within our control to make sure your order arrives to you safely and swiftly. Our fulfilment warehouse is located in Pflugerville, Texas. USA.

Handling Time:
We do our best to ship out orders the same day they are placed, please allow 1-2 business days for all IN STOCK orders to be processed. We work hard to get your items to you quickly, so rest assured we will do all we can to ship your order out to you ASAP! Our shipping cut off time each day M-F is 4pm CST.

Please Note: Warehouse inventory levels change rapidly due to order volume. We will notify you right away via email if your order contains any out of stock or special order items that may add extended delays to your order. If you have a deadline (fishing trip etc) we advise that you contact us directly to verify stock levels for the items in question. We keep most of the items of our website in inventory, but we currently do not guarantee stock levels on our website. Please call us to verify stock levels.

Shipping Carriers:
Cudakilla currently uses Fedex and USPS as shipping carriers. Many levels of ground or expedited air shipping methods are available during checkout.

Please Note: All shipping time estimates are referencing the actual carrier transit time and may only apply to the contiguous 48 US states.

Shipping Promotions:
Shipping promotions, including any discounted or free shipping options apply to domestic shipments within the continental USA. We offer competitive shipping rates worldwide. Some oversized or unusually heavy orders/items may not be eligible for all shipping promotions, and will be communicated to you right away if your order contains these items.

Shipping Loss or Damage:
Once the order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control of the package, and we recognize that shipping loss or damage is possible. We reserve the right to request a signature required option as well as shipping insurance from the shipping carrier in an attempt to ensure that you receive your order safely. We apologize if the addition of a required signature causes any inconvenience to you. If your order receives any damage during shipping, please take photos and contact the carrier right away. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we are happy to assist with any claims process necessary.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer several expedited shipping options (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc). These methods refer to transit time only, once the item leaves our warehouse. If you have ANY concerns with time frame, we always recommend that you contact us to ensure your items are in stock and ready to ship. Our order cut-off time for in stock orders to ship same day is 1pm central time. Orders placed after 1pm central time are not guaranteed to ship that day, and may leave our warehouse the next business day. Please note that expedited shipping only applies to orders that contain in stock items.

Please Note: Fedex and USPS expedited shipping methods do not typically include Saturday delivery without additional fees. For example: A package shipping via Fedex Overnight that leaves on a Friday, is technically scheduled for delivery on the next available business day (Monday). Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery, and we will be happy to assist you in upgrading to a Saturday delivery shipping method.

International Shipping:
Cudakilla ships worldwide on a daily basis. We are happy to assist customers from around the globe. Please note that some items are restricted from global delivery based on manufacturers and distributor policies. Addtionally due to the carrier's inability to provide accurate shipping cost at the time you enter your order, the rates quoted by our shopping cart can be high. Even shocking at times! Our recommendation is if your shipping quote appears too high, is for you to communicate to us what you are trying to order and your ship-to address so that we can provide you an much more accurate estimate. Typically when you place an order with us the payment processor will only 'Authorize' the charge. Actual payment will NOT be captured till we physically process your order. Any changes in shipping charges will be made before that is done.

Special Order: We do not list many of the items we have access to on our website. We can certainly special order them for you. Please note that these would be considered special order items and are not refundable. Especially reels with custom color requests. All fishing line and leaders once opened are cannot returned.

  • Returns must be returned to Cudakilla within 30 days of your original shipping date
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and packaging material included. This is how we ensure that YOU only receive brand new and un-altered items.
  • Items that have been attempted or installed, scratched, used, "fished with" or blemished in any way are NOT acceptable returns. Our returns department is well trained to be able to determine if an item has been used or altered in any way. We do this to fully protect ALL customers.
  • Lures, Hooks, Tools or Batteries that have been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken are non-returnable due to safety concerns. Again, this may be a slight inconvenience for some, but we do everything possible to protect our customers.
  • Fishing Lines are NOT eligible for returns.
  • *Special Order items are NOT eligible for returns. Custom color options, rare parts, unique configurations, etc.
  • Items MUST be in original sealed and unopened condition to avoid a restocking/processing fee of up to 25%
  • Returns must be safely packaged to prevent shipping damage and additional fees (insurance and tracking is recommended). It is fairly common for shipments to sustain minor damage from insufficient packing material. The best option is to replicate the packing that the item had, when you received it from our location.
  • Returns MUST be pre-approved to obtain an RMA authorization for any return to be processed.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be processed and will be returned to the customer or subject to a processing fee.
  • Returned items that utilized any FREE shipping promotion for the order, are subject to a refund, minus our actual shipping cost of the order. The amount we paid to ship to you originally will be deducted from your refund. *Technically the shipping wasn't free for us, we simply covered that cost in exchange for your order. If you return/cancel the order, then we must recover our expense of your original shipping.

Gear & Apparel Return Policy Information:

  • Cudakilla does not allow gear and apparel returns or exchanges for ANY items that have been worn or show ANY signs of use. Apparel must be sized and tried on indoors. This ensures that you will NEVER receive a used item from our store. Cudkilla will allow for 1 sizing exchange on all apparel items.
  • All gear and apparel must be returned in absolute brand new condition, with all tags, boxes, packaging, labels, decals, etc attached an intact.
  • Apparel returns must first start with contacting our sales team to initiate a sizing exchange within 7 days of tracking information showing delivery of your order.
  • We encourage you to confirm sizing and fitment before ordering.
  • We must stand by this strict policy. We feel this is the only way to 100% guarantee that the items you purchase from our store have not been compromised in any way. Please understand that any other store that will allow for 'easy' returns on gear and apparel is potentially passing on a used, 'fished with', or compromised product onto the next customer. Cudakilla will NEVER allow this to happen.


The customer is responsible for the safe return shipping to our location. We advise that all returns be packaged safely and that shipping insurance and tracking is purchased to protect your return. All returns must be authorized by our sales team before the return can be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Any reward points earned or used on a returned order will be deducted from the refund (if necessary).

*Special Order items are any items that are not regularly kept in stock or have special color and finish options (Apparel, Reel Colors, Line, Line Fills, etc) as well as any hand made items or custom parts. Feel free to contact us before you place your order to verify if your item is a Special Order item.
